Sister Theresa Ryan recently retired from her ministry at St. Sebastian’s in New York. There’s a wonderful article in the Tablet called, Nun Left as Sister Theresa Retires from St. Sebastian’s. There’s also a video clip at the end.
‘“Pray for me as I continue to be what I am, a Sister of Charity of Halifax,” she said when she was invited to speak at the end of Mass. She explained that although she would be retiring from her teaching career, she would not be retiring from her vocation and would strive to continue to be a joyful witness of Christ on Earth.”
