Sr. Regina made a powerful impact on my life. She was the first person who made me believe that I was intelligent and could be a leader. She was truly my favorite teacher throughout my academic career. I have thought of her so often. My thoughts are with her family.
Rest in Peace in the waiting arms of Jesus Sister Regina. May your ride to heaven be swift.
a great choir leader at Our Lady Help of Christians in Brooklyn – 1960-68.
We had the honor of singing at the Vatican Exhibit of the New York World’s Fair, 1964, because of Sister Catherine’s professionalism.

My classmate Kevin is exactly right. Rest In peace.
Sister, you were so loved and respected.
Sincerely,

Saint Margaret School, Dorchester, MA
I was her pet project at OLHC
This woman was one of the toughest, most demanding people I ever met but in the most respectful way
She pushed me to be excellent.
We were doing a Christmas program at the old TWA pavilion at JFK airport and I was the lead singer.
I caught the flu right before the concert and she was worried I wouldn’t make it.
She actually came to my house that to check up on me to make sure my mom was taking care of me.
I took a ribbing from my pals because she favored me but it made my parents proud and that’s what really mattered.
Requiem in Pacis Sister….you contributed greatly to the person I am today.
I fully concur with my classmates, Kevin and Bob! We are better men because of Sr. Catherine Richard! Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace, Amen!
